If you need an earlier or later appointment time please contact me directly *APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100%. *If booking multiple services at once, you are agreeing to receive all services booked- in store cancellations will still be charged as a same day cancellation. *No refunds will be issued for any cancellations or services*
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please call or text directly within 48 hours of your appointment time to cancel or reschedule. Any less than a 48 hour notice will result in a no show fee that is 50% of your booked service ‘DAY OF’ NO SHOWS and CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED FULL AMOUNT OF SERVICE BOOKED. No exceptions, no refunds Bridal Clients: By submitting the $50 non-refundable retainer, Bridal Clients acknowledge and agree that their wedding date is exclusively reserved and unavailable to other bookings. Due to the limited availability of wedding dates and the extensive preparation involved, cancellations or failure to obtain services within 90 days of the scheduled wedding date will result in the Client being responsible for the remaining balance of all reserved Bridal Makeup, Travel, and Service Fees.
